About Sancho Street Side

Sancho's as we are called for short is a BBQ Tex-Mex fusion concept born from necessity. Started as a food truck concept in 2017 we have grown into our own brick n' mortar. Right outside the heart of downtown Shawnee, KS we pride ourselves in a unique adventure of Hispanic influenced BBQ dishes.
